Rose and Feather (Memorials) These two are on my right thigh. The Rose was my first Tat, it is in memory of my Grandfather Bill Skaer It also symbolizes uniquness and individuality. I got this tatoo the day after my divorce was final. The Blue Feather is in memory of my mother, Hilda Straf Richardson. It is from the cover of Richard Bach's Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah  .
It is also for Paul from Mr. Blotto
playing me BlackBird when my life was very down.
I later found out that the SCA has the Clan Blue Feather for the
gay/lesbian/bisexual memebers of the Society. I think that is a kewl conincidence

The Wolf This tattoo is on my left thigh. This is my god image tattoo. It is dedicated to the dark wolf (see my poem). To me it symbolizes the trickster god Loki, and the streghth and courage to stand alone. |

The Lion This tattoo is on my right shoulder blade. This is my goddess image tattoo. The idea is from my favorite AD&D character Araxis RedBlade who had the same tattoo but the eye was a ruby. Each of my tattoos have many meanings some of the meanings of this one are : I am a Leo, Independence, Assertiveness, Stregnth |
